दिनांक 06/05/2024 से 10/05/2024 तक कात्यायनी कॉलेज ऑफ़ एजूकेशन के फार्मेसी विभाग के छात्र-छात्राओं एवं शिक्षकों ने हिमाचल प्रदेश के बद्दी (औद्योगिक शहर )में स्थित जीडस लाइफ साइंस और सैलस फार्मास्यूटिकल्स का भ्रमण किया। कंपनी के सभी उत्पादों, विभिन्न विभागों और विभिन्न उपकरणों की जानकारी प्राप्त की।
संस्थान के निदेशक अंकुश शर्मा और फार्मेसी विभाग के प्राचार्य डॉ. छतर सिंह ने छात्रों को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया और अपने शब्दों के द्वारा छात्रों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि औद्योगिक भ्रमण एक तरह का अनुभव है, जो छात्रों को वास्तविक जीवन से रूबरू कराता है।
सैलस फार्मास्यूटिकल्स के प्रोडक्ट मैनेजर रवि राणा और जीडस लाइफ साइंस के सीनियर एग्जीक्यूटिव प्रदीप कुमार जी ने कंपनी के सभी विभागों की विस्तार पूर्वक जानकारी देते हुए छात्रों को रो मटेरियल, पैकेजिंग, क्वालिटी कंट्रोल एंड क्वालिटी एश्योरेंस से अवगत कराया। छात्रों ने अपने प्रश्नों के द्वारा औद्योगिक जानकारी प्राप्त की और साथ ही भविष्य में फार्मास्यूटिकल्स उद्योग में छात्र कैसे अपना परचम लहरा सकते हैं यह सभी तरह की वार्तालाप भी रवि राणा द्वारा छात्रों के साथ की गई।
संस्थान की ओर से शिक्षक राहुल कुमार, मोहन कुमार, अतुल राणा और समीक्षा चौधरी ने भी छात्रों के साथ औद्योगिक भ्रमण किया।

आज दिनांक 22/04/2024 को करनाल हाईवे स्थित कात्यायनी कॉलेज ऑफ़ एजूकेशन बदरुद्दीन नगर नानू में विश्व पृथ्वी दिवस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।
कार्यक्रम का विधिवत शुभारंभ संस्थान के निदेशक अंकुश शर्मा, फार्मेसी प्राचार्य डॉ. छतर सिंह और शिक्षा विभागाध्यक्ष मीना शर्मा ने मां सरस्वती के समक्ष दीप प्रज्वलित कर पुष्प अर्पित किए।
मंच का संचालन फार्मेसी विभाग से बी. फार्मा के द्वितीय वर्ष की छात्रा अनुष्का शर्मा व तृतीय वर्ष के प्रिंस ओझा के द्वारा किया गया । इन्होंने इस वर्ष की थीम "प्लेनेट वर्सेज प्लास्टिक" को बताते हुए कहा कि प्लेनेट वर्सेस प्लास्टिक का मकसद लोगों को सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक को लेकर जागरूक करना है।
कार्यक्रम को अग्रसित करते हुए अंकुश शर्मा ने सभी छात्र-छात्राओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि पर्यावरण संरक्षण को बढ़ावा देने, पृथ्वी को संरक्षित करने और ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए कहा और नारा दिया "पेड़ लगाओ शुद्ध हवा पाओ इस धरती को स्वर्ग बनाओ"।
तदोपरांत फार्मेसी विभाग से असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर अतुल राणा व बी. फार्मा द्वितीय वर्ष के छात्र शिवम ने पी.पी.टी. के माध्यम से प्लास्टिक से होने वाले नुकसान के बारे में बताया। वही बी.एल.एड. की छात्राओं पलक कुशवाहा, अंशिका व अफ्सागुल ने सुंदर कविता व स्पीच दी। इसके उपरांत बी. फार्मा के छात्र प्रिंस ओझा , प्रिया चौधरी, अनुज व अब्दुल काइम ने सुंदर पोस्टरों के माध्यम से इस दिन को मनाने का उद्देश्य पृथ्वी का सम्मान है। पृथ्वी दिवस जागरूकता बढ़ाना और पर्यावरण को बचाने की दिशा में काम करने के लिए प्रेरित करता है।
कार्यक्रम को अग्रसर करते हुए डॉ. छतर सिंह ने बताया कि विश्व पृथ्वी दिवस हर वर्ष 22 अप्रैल को मनाया जाता है हमारी पृथ्वी को प्रदूषण और वनों की कटाई जैसी चीजों से बचाना है। इस दिन हम सभी कूड़े की सफाई और वृक्षारोपण जैसे कार्यों में संलग्न होकर एक खुशहाल, स्वस्थ दुनिया में अपना योगदान करते हैं। इसके पश्चात मीना शर्मा ने कहा कि पृथ्वी प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य से एक खूबसूरत ग्रह है यहां हरे-भरे जंगल लुभावने झरने, उबड़ खाबड़ लेकिन शांत पहाड़ के साथ रेत भी है हमें इनको बचाने के लिए हर दिन प्रयास करना चाहिए।
बी. फार्मा तृतीय वर्ष के छात्रों साकिब, नोफिल, नबील अहमद, सद्दाम, तेज प्रताप, शोएब, कैफ आदि ने "सेव ट्री सेव अर्थ" पर लघु नाटक प्रस्तुत किया। जिसका उद्देश्य यह संदेश देना था कि पेड़ों की कटान को रोका जाए जिससे पर्यावरण शुद्ध रहे।
कार्यक्रम का समापन अंकुश शर्मा, डॉ. छतर सिंह, मीना शर्मा, सभी शिक्षकगण तथा सभी छात्र-छात्राओं ने संलग्न होकर वृक्षारोपण करके किया और पृथ्वी को हरा-भरा रखने का संकल्प लिया।
कार्यक्रम का सफल संचालन सिम्मी चौधरी ने किया तथा मीनाक्षी शर्मा, महेंद्र कुमार, राहुल कुमार, अनुज त्यागी, अंकित कुमार, मोहम्मद तालिब, मोहन कुमार, निखिल सोम, ईरम खानम , दीपा व मोहम्मद दानिश आदि मौजूद रहे।

दिनाँक 07/04/2024 को कात्यायनी काॅलेज आफ एजुकेशन में राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना के तहत एक कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर विश्व स्वास्थ्य दिवस मनाया गया। कार्यक्रम का विधिवत उद्घाटन संस्थान के निदेशक अंकुश शर्मा, फार्मेसी प्राचार्य डॉ. छतर सिंह और शिक्षा विभागाध्यक्ष मीना शर्मा ने द्वीप प्रज्वलित कर किया।
दुनियाभर में हर साल 7 अप्रैल को विश्व स्वास्थ्य दिवस यानी वल्र्ड हेल्थ डे मनाया जाता है। यह दिवस वैश्विक स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूकता बढाने और लोगो को स्वस्थ जीवन जीने के लिए प्रेरित करता है। यह दिवस विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) की स्थापना दिवस के दिन मनाया जाता है। यह दिवस विभिन्न देशो को स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में सहयोग करने और एक दूसरे से सीखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है। हर साल विश्व स्वास्थ्य दिवस एक खास थीम पर आधारित होता है। इसी क्रम में 2024 की थीम “मेरा स्वास्थ्य मेरा, अधिकार“ है। यह थीम सभी सभी लोगो के लिए स्वास्थ्य सेवाओ तक समान पहुँच और अधिकारो पर केंद्रित है। इस दिवस का उद्देश्य लोगो को स्वास्थ्य के महत्व के बारे में जागरूक करना ओर उन्हे स्वस्थ जीवन जीने के लिए प्रेरित करना था।
विश्व स्वास्थ्य दिवस के अवसर पर विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओ का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता, निबंध लेखन प्रतियोगिता तथा क्विज प्रतियोगिता आदि में विद्यार्थियो ने बढ-चढकर हिस्सा लिया, जिसमे वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम स्थान पर बी0 फार्मा से विश्वेंद्र त्यागी, द्वितीय स्थान प्रिंस ओझा तथा तृतीय स्थान पर डी0 फार्मा से राहुल कुमार रहे।
