It’s time for some introductions of our new E-Board 🤩🤩
First up is our almighty president, Emily West! Emily is a junior studying psychology and sociology. We are so excited to watch you grow as a leader and cannot wait to see what you accomplish!!
When she is not reading or watching “The Bachelor” you can find Emily hard at work as a technician. Emily is also an ΑΦΩ brother on campus and is always staying busy. ✨

Yesterday was international women’s day and in celebration of all the achievements that women have done and what will be done in the future we want you to know that if you are struggling mentally it’s okay to get help! Check the last photo for some resources.

Yesterday Active Minds had our You Are Beautiful event by placing positive sticky notes around campus. Thank you to those who came and helped!!

The topic last night at our meeting was about eating disorders because this week is National Eating Disorder Awareness Week. The last photo includes resources that are available through (National Eating Disorder Awareness)

Two weeks ago was our last meeting of first semester,and though we have been meeting virtually we have had a great turn out so thanks everyone for coming to the meetings:)

At our last meeting we discussed anxiety, depression and seasonal depression (seasonal affective disorder), here is some of the information we went over.
