Hello all! We would love if secondary forms sent to accepted vendors were completed by the 23rd of February, so that we can have all logistics figured out. If you are a vendor who submitted the first application form and have not received a response, please reach out to [email protected]! There is a chance we have missed you! Also, if you are a panelist, rest assured your acceptance/rejection notice will be released soon. Please email [email protected] with any questions, it's the best way to reach us.

AlmaCon starts today! Here are some frequently asked questions:
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The minimum donation is $10 for one day, or $15 for both days.

Q: When is the convention?
A: 12-8pm Saturday and 10am-6pm Sunday.

Q: How can we register and pay?
A: We take cash or card at the event. You can also preregister here: https://almascots.com/sports/2023/5/9/information-tickets.aspx
The price is the same either way.

Q: When is ____ event?

Q: What food options are there?
A: The cafeteria on the other end of campus, Hamilton Commons, serves brunch 10-1:30 ($8.50) and dinner 5-7:30 ($10.60) on both days. Also, the Qdoba located on campus, near SAC, is open 4-9:30 on both days.

Just a week until AlmaCon! We're so excited to see it all come together! For cosplayers, here is your chance to preregister for the cosplay competition on the Saturday of the event!

You can also register at the event, but preregistering will make it easier on the judges. Prejudging will take place 1-3pm. Walk-ons will start at 4pm.
