Bears drop a pair of LCCAC games to the #2 ranked LSUE Bengals this afternoon at Bengal Stadium. The Bengals defeated the Bears 12-0 in five innings and 11-6 in seven innings.

The Bears and the Bengals will conclude their three game series tomorrow at 1 pm at Bengal Stadium.

Calling All Bears Baseball Alumni. It’s time to come back home to Pete Goldsby Field.

The Bears Baseball program will host former Bears next weekend during Alumni Weekend.

Come out and watch the Bears play against the Delgado Dolphins and enjoy some fellowship with former and current Bears.

We will host a small social after the 12 pm game on Sunday

The Bears Baseball team will open LCCAC play this weekend at LSU Eunice. The Bears and #2 Bengals will play a twin bill on Saturday March 22 starting at 2 pm and a single game on Sunday March 23 at 1 pm. Games will be played at the newly constructed Bengal stadium on the campus of LSUE.

The LCCAC has announced its selections for the 2025 Conference Awards, and six Bears have been honored. Kialen Phillips was named Conference Player of the Year and was selected to the First Team All-Conference. Courtney McCarthy joins Phillips on the First Team. Awak Machar was named to the Second Team All-Conference. McKennis Savoie, Imran Deen, and Troy Joseph were all selected for the All-Defensive Team. Additionally, Head Coach Byron Starks has been named Coach of the Year for the second consecutive season.
