Due to expected weather conditions, Harford Community College and Towson University in Northeastern Maryland (TUNE) will close at 3:30 p.m. today, Tuesday, February 11 and remain closed for the rest of the day. All classes and events scheduled after 3:30 p.m. are canceled. Students are encouraged to check their HCC email and log into Brightspace for additional class information and assignments.

Classes with 50 minutes or more of instructional time left when the College opens will meet for the remaining time. Get an exclusive, behind the scenes look at the new exhibit that's about to open at the Hays-Heighe House! The Trials and Triumphs: A History of the African American Experience in Harford County Exhibit will on view from January 16 to February 7. Developed by the Historical Society of Harford County, Inc. and Hosanna School Museum with generous support from the Harford County Government via an African American Heritage Grant.

Thank you to everyone who participated in National Library Week! We had a great time and hope you did too!! ID: Text reads "Ready, Set, Library! The following clips are of the book talk with Susan Muaddi Darraj and then the solar eclipse table. National Library Week 2024: Free Book Swap

What better way to celebrate National Library Week than with books?! Stop by the HCC Library from April 8 to April 12 to participate in the Free Book Swap. This will be located on the 2nd floor of the Library by the Circulation Desk! ID: Video contains clips of hands exchanging different books with intermittent text boxes that say "Take a Book" and "Leave a Book". The video ends with text that says "National Library Week 2024, Free Book Swap." #NationalLibraryWeek
