The foundation donated $1000 to our 9 schools for Red Ribbon week. The program is a prevention campaign in the nation, reaching millions of young people about the dangers of alcohol and drugs.

Back to school night at Bensalem High School. Parents met with our great teachers. Saturday the high School is celebrating their 100 year Anniversary.

We’re off to a great start to the new school year.

At tonight's School Board meeting, Bensalem Education Foundation presented a check in the amount of $10,000. $8,243.10 was used to purchase 18 iPads for the after school Robotics Clubs at our six elementary schools. The additional $1,756.90 was used to purchase Robotics Kits for the Summer Robotics Program.

Congratulations to our great Co President Bill Lewis for receiving Bensalem Rotary Club’s 2022/23 Person of the year. He was honored for his outstanding work with our non profit. Bill is one of the founding members.

Big day in Bensalem Township School District we’re hosting the First Robotics competition. Schools from all over the area are participating in this prestigious event. Our Bensalem Education Foundation funds the Bensalem High School team.

Verizon donated $10,000 to our great Robotics program. Over the last few seasons our team has placed in the top 10 in world competitions.

Last week the Foundation presented checks to our District. We gave the Libraries $2700 from our pavers program. $7000 was used for a outdoor Chemistry Lab.

The Foundation today paid for 2 cots for our Nurses. They will be used in our Elementary schools.
