“Dynamic, challenging, and exciting, the four-day program intends to produce a breakthrough in the leadership capacity of all the participants—benefiting them individually, as well as their respective communities and the organizations they will go on to lead and serve in the future.”
During LeaderShape, January 14-17, 2025, you will spend four days in the beautiful redwoods, disconnecting from the hustle and bustle, while learning what it takes to “lead with integrity.” Your experience in the program will include time to reflect, explore what your values are and relax in the entertainment spaces. We want you to learn how to develop relationships that honor the dignity of individuals and groups in the context of equity and social systems. There is no cost to this program.
