Troy CE&O is excited to facilitate Ingram State Technical College - ISTC in their strategic planning process!

This week Ingram State welcomed Troy University Continuing Education and Outreach Team to the quarterly Institutional Advisory Board (IAB) meeting. Laura Chambliss and Joel Hughes of Troy provided an overview of the 2025-2028 strategic plan process. The Board is excited to see the progress and path forward for the next three years!

The IAB is comprised of legislators, workforce leaders, industry experts, non-profit organization, and other partners who value the Ingram State mission. Major decisions are dependent on advice and guidance from the IAB and we appreciate their continued support of the college.

Since 2017, the Alabama Department of Transportation has used the highly successful ALDOT Leadership Academy to help train and develop the next generation of transportation leaders within ALDOT.
