Spring 2025 Capstone Celebration!

Congratulations to all our Master of Health Administration (MHA) and Master of Science in Health Informatics (MSHI) students who presented their final capstone projects on May 1!

From tackling burnout in hospitals and improving vaccine protocols to leveraging AI for public health surveillance and optimizing care through predictive analytics, these projects reflected months of hard work, collaboration, and innovation.

We’re proud of every student for reaching this milestone—and we’re especially excited to recognize the Spring 2025 Capstone Award recipients for their outstanding contributions in areas like operations improvement, research, machine learning, and project management.

This past weekend, the 2025 Spring Symposium—Healthcare Horizons: Technology, Strategy, & Growth—brought together students, faculty, alumni, and healthcare leaders for a dynamic day of learning, discussion, and connection.

Hosted by Rising Healthcare Leaders at Mason (RHLM) in collaboration with the National Capital Healthcare Executives (NCHE), the symposium featured three expert-led panels on:
Strategic marketing in a competitive healthcare landscape
The evolving role of digital health in care delivery
Long-term financial sustainability for healthcare organizations
