Progress! Work is shifting to the front of Northbank Center. The new windows are looking beautiful! 😍

Those inside the University of Michigan-Flint’s Northbank Center will soon be able to see more clearly courtesy of ongoing window replacement to the building’s first three floors. Replacing the windows will improve not only the façade of the building—both visually and functionally—but will also maintain the building’s historical accuracy and appeal.

Good Morning! It has been some time since we’ve posted but we’re back and ready!!

As we all may know, we are currently starting our Window Replacement project. Access to the ramp, the skywalk and the main lobby will remain open during this time. However, as the project progresses, there may be periods of interruptions or a need to reroute access, which will be communicated via social media, emails and/or posted signage.

The work itself will begin toward the back of the building and progress west along E 2nd Ave to the front and south of the building along Saginaw St.

For more information regarding this project, contact the NBC Management, Leasing & Tenant Services team. I will be adding weekly updates, every Wednesday to keep you guys up to date!

If you guys have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out, comment or come visit management on the fourth floor!
