Protecting People and Communities
The Michigan State University Division of Public Health focuses on population health from the College of Human Medicine’s Flint campus. Spartans are working side-by-side with community partners and health care providers. The goal, to mitigate chronic diseases, identify environmental health risks, and examine the social factors that influence health.
RESEARCH: With the support of $60+ million in external funding in less than five years, acclaimed researchers are addressing health disparities and turning our response to the Flint Water Criss into a public health model of resilience, recovery, and hope.
EDUCATION: The online Master of Public Health (MPH) program offers a pathway for forward-thinkers wanting to mobilize change. At MSU, we create community-engaged partnerships and protect people so they can live their best life.
If you have an interest in population health, working side-by-side with community partners and health care providers, look no further. MSU’s MPH curriculum and advising are completed 100% online, we offer in-state tuition for all students, and admission includes a complimentary APHA student membership.
