The Friends of the Mott Library held their Annual Patron Meeting & Luncheon on April 8, with a presentation from the Flint & Genesee Literacy Network. It was a very informative and enjoyable time together. If you would like to help support the Friends by becoming a patron member, visit mcc.edu/friends for more information or to make a donation.

Accepting bookmark design entries for the library, through April 25. Entries can be dropped of in the library or emailed to [email protected]. One winner will receive a $25 Michaels gift card. Bookmarks will be reproduced to hand out in MCC Library with recognition to you.

The Friends of Mott Library are looking for YOU! If you love the library, books, and reading and are dedicated to student success at Mott, we want you to join the board. As a Board member, you provide direction for the Friends in projects that support and improve the library spaces, collections, and services.

The time committment is minimal. Expect to attend one meeting a month in person or via Zoom. The Friends also have one fundraising event a semester.

Board membership is open to staff, faculty, students, alumni, and community members.

If you don't have time to join the Board, are you a Friends member? Consider supporting the Friends for $2.00 a pay period. It's less than a cup of coffee and has a big impact!
