The safety and well-being of our residents is our top priority, which is why we place a strong emphasis on property upkeep, including lawn maintenance, snow removal, and overall care. To further enhance security, we have installed deadbolt locks that automatically engage after 20 seconds, ensuring that doors are never inadvertently left unlocked. Each room is equipped with its own key lock, and the parking area is well-lit and fully enclosed by a six-foot privacy fence. Furthermore, security signs are prominently displayed to deter potential intruders, indicating that the area is under surveillance, with exterior cameras monitored by the house residents. Our proximity to the university also affords us the benefit of daily security patrols.

This morning, winter covered everything in a stunning white blanket of snow. Sidewalk and driveway was plowed to keep the snow from packing and icing over.
