Waldorf University Transportation

Waldorf University Transportation This website is designed to help Waldorf University Students with their transportation needs (medica We do rides for medical, bus, and airports only.

If you need a ride from Waldorf University we would be happy to accommodate you. First, you will need to submit a ride request at least 72 hours in advance at http://www.waldorf.edu/residential/current-students/student-life/student-transportation/ride-request-form. Next, if you haven't done so already, you will need to purchase a ride pass. There are 2 different passes. One is a semester long at $

150, and the other is for the entire year at $250. You can purchase these passes at the book store in person at Waldorf University, or online at http://onlinestore.waldorf.edu/c-37-tansportation-passes.aspx. After you have purchased the ride pass and submitted your ride request online, you will be contacted very soon about the details of your ride. Below are the times and dates of when we will be picking up and dropping off for the 2015-16 academic year. To find the dates and times we will be picking up and dropping off students, please go to http://www.waldorf.edu/residential/current-students/student-life/student-transportation/air-and-bus-(travel)-transportation. We cant guarantee a quick/efficient pickup/drop off if a student or parent submits a ride request not listed in the date above. Also, please no stand by flights. We will still honor rides to students who choose not purchase the pass. There are one time ride charges that will be assessed to that student's account. Anything 40 miles or less is $30, and anything over 40 miles will be $80 for a one time ride. For example, if a student wants to go home for spring break but decides not to purchase a pass, they will get charged $80 for getting dropped off at the airport, and $80 for getting picked up. For example, if a student goes on 2 rides to Mason City, IA and pays the one time rate at $30/ride, and then decides to get the year long pass. We would then subtract the $60 from the $250, making the pass now $190. All addition info can be found at http://www.waldorf.edu/residential/current-students/student-life/student-transportation
