Day 2 of NDA camp is now complete! The dancers were challenged beyond limits and the amount of growth this team has accomplished is unreal! This year is gonna be one to remember that’s for sure! Final Evals and bid distribution tomorrow! Wish us luck!

What an amazing first week of preseason we have had with our dance team! We have learned our first football halftime, lots of football sidelines, strength and conditioning in the weight room, lots of team bonding, dress up days and so much more! Excited to get NDA camp started tomorrow and get that bid to Daytona!

Open gym #3️⃣ in the books for this summer!! We did a workout, worked on our technique, learned ditties, and Zumba! We ended our day with for our team bonding! August 7th can’t come quick enough 🫶

Today was a great day for our 2nd open gym of the summer! We worked out in the weight room, did some Zumba, worked on some technique and drills, learned some football sidelines, picked out our studio lockers, and ended with some fun team bonding! Getting so excited for the new season to start! It will be here before we know it!

We had an incredible time at the ISDTA Coaches Conference this past weekend! We left with so much inspiration, knowledge, and ideas for our team!

We brought our captains, and they learned team bonding activities and sidelines from some incredible dancers! Thank you for putting together this conference! Thank you for the Gift Certificate! We can’t wait to work with you!

Spring semester was a grind, but these dancers found a way to make it happen! 14 dancers made 1st Team Academic All Region, 2 dancers made 2nd Team Academic All Region, 7 dancers received 4.0’s, and our team GPA was 3.31! Congratulations girls, we are SO PROUD of the way that you represent yourselves, our team, and Triton Nation!

Huge congratulations to our GRADUATES!! The impact that you all have left on our program, on your teammates, and on your coaches won’t ever be forgotten! Each class of dancers continues to leave us coaches awestruck at their abilities, both in and out of the classroom, weight room, and studio! We have nurses, business majors, accountants, criminal justice majors, and many more represented in this group today! They will use their talents to go and change the world for the better 🫶

To the Class of 2024: thank you! Your dedication, passion, love, and kindness will continue to inspire future Tritons! We are so grateful to have you in our midst, and to have had your talent grace our team! I hope that you’re proud of the legacy that you’re leaving, know that we couldn’t be more proud of you all! We miss you so much already! Though you’re leaving the ICDT, remember that you can dance anytime, anywhere! Once a Triton, Always a Triton!

The ICDT closed out our incredible season with our end of the year banquet last night! We enjoyed an incredible meal, presented individual awards (voted on by the team), announced our 24-25 captains, and received brand new BOIHOF t-shirts and tanks! This season was so so special and the team created many core memories together. It was a joy to celebrate and acknowledge our hard work and dedication as a team! And with that, the 2023-2024 season has come to an end! 💙🔱🧜🏼‍♀️🤍

We want to welcome another recruit of ours who has officially signed with our team for the 2024-2025 school year! Daniel Hughes, a Kirkwood transfer, will be joining our Triton Dance Family next season! We are so ecstatic to have his experience and talent with us and think he is going to add such a great dynamic to the culture of our team! We can’t wait to finally have our 1st ever male dancer on our team and are so thankful that it is Daniel!
