After taking their last unit exam this morning, nutrition students got to try lots of vegetarian substitutes for meat like the impossible burger, tofurkey, pea protein made into taco meat, and more. They also tried some new fruits they weren't familiar with like Avocado, dragonfruit, and the infamous durian.
