During the Q&A Instructor Sean Fousheé who is the coordinator of the program and students Beth Hutson and Daniel Vazquez, and 101 Studio production executive John Hermansen discuss the job opportunity for students and the need for 1500-2500 people to work on sets across Texas.

Breaking news: TCC students and staff have lost access to the platform due to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion ban in Texas SB 17. Linkedin Learning is an online resource with educational material taught by industry experts used by individuals to learn new skills and advance their careers. Until today it was freely accessible to students and staff. According to TCC, “Faculty will provide alternate methods of supplemental student instruction if LinkedIn Learning is used in class while the tool is unavailable through TCC.”

At this year’s Texas Intercollegiate Press Association, The Collegian won 32 awards! Fourteen first places and many individual awards were given as well.

A special shout-out to our Editor in Chief Hope Smith for winning reporter of the year, Campus Editor Fousia Abdullahi for her scholarship award and Alex Hoben and Dominic Martinez for their two photo person essay award! We’ll done!
