🩸 Hutchinson Association of Nursing Students (HANS) and the 2nd year Associate Degree Nursing Students are hosting a blood drive.

We would love for you to consider donating blood on 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝗿𝗱. The US is currently in a national shortage, and all blood types are needed in this urgent time to ensure patients at hospitals across the country continue to receive critical medical care. Below is the link to sign up for the blood drive at Hutchinson Community College.

📍They are both from Wichita, KS.
Kitara listed silly bandz as the first fad she recalls, and Amber said mullets! 🤘

PTA Class of 2024. Meet Belinda, Kelby, and Perry.
🦓 As a child, Belinda wanted to be a zookeeper when she grew up. Her favorite ice cream is chocolate chip cookie dough.
🧨Kelby's favorite holiday is the 4th of July, and his favorite ice cream is Butter Pecan.
🌏 Perry (our world traveler) also loves Butter Pecan ice cream. Perry was born in Germany. His favorite vacation as a child was to China/Thailand, and the furthest he's traveled was to South Korea.

These ladies would be great at sharing neapolitan ice cream. 🍓🍦🍫 Kenzie loves strawberry, Lauryn's favorite is vanilla, and Ashley loves chocolate.
As a child, Kenzie wanted to be a teacher when she grew up, Lauryn wanted to be a nurse, and Ashley wanted to be a movie star, but we're so glad they chose PTA!

Autumn's favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip, and her favorite vacation as a child was Silver Dollar City. 🎢
Sydnie's favorite color is purple and loved vacations to amusement parks as a child. 💜
The first fad Chelsie remembers is gaucho pants. Her favorite vacation as a child was to Lake Naivasha in Kenya. 🇰🇪

All three listed Christmas as their favorite holiday.

Hutchinson, Kan. – Hutchinson Community College will be hosting its annual Career Connections Job Fair Thursday, April 6 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Hutchinson Sports Arena.
Nearly 200 employers have registered to attend seeking employees for full-time, part-time and internship opportunities. A list of the employers currently registered is available at www.hutchcc.edu/careerfair. The event is free and open to the public.
To help job-seekers prepare, many free resources are available at CareerZone - www.collegecentral.com/hutchcc. This resource is available not only to HutchCC students but to all community members as well. Current HutchCC students attending the fair who complete a survey are eligible to win one of several prizes, including a 50” Smart TV, Apple Airpod Pros, Beats Headphones and more.

Class of 2023 - Blue Dragon PTA students Acacia, Abby, and Ethan.
All three value our location.
👶 As a child, Acacia wanted to be an OB and work with babies. Her go-to study snacks are popcorn or Pringles.
🏥 Abby wanted to be a nurse, or something in the medical field. Her favorite study snack is gummy candy.
🚔 Ethan considered careers in law enforcement, ministry, and the medical field. His favorite snack when studying.... pretzels.

🏀👨‍🚀 Growing up, Brett wanted to be an NBA basketball player or an astronaut.
👩‍⚕️ Lauren wanted to be a doctor.
🍎 During study time, Brett enjoys apples or any other fruit and Lauren likes popcorn or cheez it crackers. 🍿

As a child, Kelsey wanted to be an athletic trainer. Deonna wanted to be a nurse, and our other Kelsey wanted to be an animal vet.
Fun fact: both Kelsey's consider popcorn a favorite study snack. 🍿
🍇 Deonna likes seasoned pretzels or grapes.

Abby, Jon and Kieran are part of our 2023 Blue Dragon PTA cohort.
As a child, Abby wanted to be a surgeon. She selected our PTA program based on affordability, location, and the fact she heard alot of great things about our faculty and the program itself.
💫Jon wanted to be an astronomer. If you ask us, that's why he decided on an Out of This World program.🪐
Kieran wanted to be a professional athlete and chose us because of affordability, fitting his timetable, and recommendations by his coworkers.
