The Hyattsville/Landover (MD) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.'s Kappa Leaguers learned about yoga and mindfulness during today's meeting. Brother Corey Carroll ( .carroll ), a Certified Social Emotional Learning Facilitator and Mindfulness Meditation Coach, guided the through various yoga poses and mindfulness techniques, promoting relaxation, focus, and overall well-being.
