New development for Spartans!

Spartan Gateway District is a new development project that will include a hotel, retail space and an athletic arena on the west side of campus, along Harrison Road in East Lansing.

The arena will accommodate volleyball, wrestling and gymnastics events, as well as include locker rooms, coaching offices and several university classrooms to support various academic departments.

With strong initial interest from major employers and potential tenants, the new development is expected to attract a wide variety of businesses, including restaurants and retail establishments.
