LCC Fostering Stars LCC FS is a grant funded by the MI DHHS to support LCC students aged 14-22 w/foster care experience.

Fostering S.T.A.R.S is a resource program designed to guide and assist eligible Lansing Community College students who have experienced foster care. Students are empowered to believe in themselves and develop their gifts and talents to achieve personal and academic success.
