We’re excited to invite you to our Pathways Transfer Panel Event happening this week—a valuable opportunity to explore degree and transfer options in Psychology, Human Services, Addiction Studies, and Social Work. Each semester, we bring together our community to learn more about our programs, connect with faculty, and hear directly from students who have walked the path you're on.

This semester’s panel will feature current and former students who will share their personal experiences transferring to universities. From navigating applications to adjusting to campus life, their stories offer insight, inspiration, and practical tips.

Whether you're just starting out or preparing to transfer, this event is a great way to:

We are excited to announce that former LACC student and former APA president, Dr. Ronald F Levant will be doing a virtual presentation for our department Tuesday November 19th from 1-3pm. Students can join virtually via Zoom or join us for a collective viewing in Holmes Hall 6 from 1-3pm on Tuesday the 19th. Students who attend in person will have a chance to receive a copy of his new book, The Problem with Men: Insights into Overcoming a Traumatic Childhood from a World-Renowned Psychologist.
