Have you heard about the Student Transfer Outreach and Mentor Program (STOMP)?

For prospective transfer students, STOMP is an educational preparation program that provides outreach and mentorship and hosts an annual conference focused on the transfer pathway to the UC system.

For enrolled UCLA students, STOMP doubles as a student organization and club that provides a space for transfer students to connect with one another and volunteer to support the transfer community.

The student-led 26th Annual STOMP Conference was held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at UCLA where we welcomed over 600 guests! The event included two transfer alumni keynote speakers, an information fair with representation from UCLA campus resources and all undergraduate UC campuses, opportunities to take a campus tour and workshop sessions spotlighting academic departments, professional development and transfer support programs.

These programs include the Bruin to Bruin project (running May 1 – June 12), New Student Orientation, the New Student Mentoring Network, and True Bruin Traditions Keeper.
