The USC Alumni Association, as part of our mission to foster and strengthen alumni communities, is proud to announce the launch of a new entrepreneur network designed

to connect Trojans who are employed by or own their own start-up company, are considering entrepreneur opportunities outside their own current occupation, or are venture capitalists. The Network strengthens ties between alumni interested in entrepreneurship through social, educational and career-oriented events.

Mandy is the co-founder of SimplyFly, an innovative airport management app that streamlines travel with real-time updates on traffic, wait times, and flight schedules—recognized by leaders like LAX’s CIO and Wahoo’s Fish Tacos founder Wing Lam. Beyond her entrepreneurial achievements, Mandy is a talented singer, performer, and tennis enthusiast. She produces song covers with her band, Greennote, and her podcast on French culture was featured on World Radio Paris. We’re excited to host Winston Alfieri on today’s IG LIVE! A USC graduate and co-founder of Sauz, Winston launched the brand in 2023 with Troy Bonde to revolutionize the pasta sauce market. Frustrated by low-quality, outdated options, they created a flavor-forward, innovative product that quickly became the top-selling jarred pasta sauce at Whole Foods and is now available in 4,000 retailers nationwide. Prior to Sauz, Winston and Troy co-founded NextPace Ventures, a sanitation company that scaled rapidly during COVID-19, and invested in early-stage businesses across tech, media, and packaged goods.
