Hi Bruins. We want to remind you that, if you need to drop a non-impacted course during Week 10, you will need to submit a Restricted Late Drop petition to your College Advising Unit. You have until 4:30 PM PT on Friday of Week 10 (03/14/2025) to submit this petition, and the petition must be submitted online and not in-person. Note that an instructor verification on the form is required, and there will be a transcript notation and a fee for dropping the non-impacted course. The Restricted Late Drop petition and instructions for the form can be found at caac.ucla.edu > Petitions > Study List Petitions > Restricted Late Drop Petition. Hi Bruins! Friendly reminder that this Friday (2/21/2025) at 11:59 PM is the last day to drop a non-impacted course via MyUCLA. There is no petition or fee to drop the non-impacted course, but there will be a transcript notation. To check if your class is impacted, you can confirm by going to registrar.ucla.edu > Registration and Classes > Schedule of Classes > search for your class > open the class description and look under “Enrollment Information.” Visit CAC during REACH Virtual Drop-in Hours (caac.ucla.edu > Contact) or a CAC Peer Counselor station on campus if you have any questions!

Hi Bruins! This is a friendly reminder that the last day to change the grading basis of a class without a petition, fee, or transcript notation is this Friday (2/14/2024) at 11:59pm. Until then, you can change an eligible class to Pass/No Pass or Letter Grade via MyUCLA. To do so, visit MyUCLA > Classes > Change Grade Type listed under the Enrollment Actions category. Note that some courses are letter grade or P/NP only. Additionally, students must receive a minimum grade of “C” or higher in their Writing I, Writing II, Diversity, and Quantitative Reasoning courses to satisfy the College Requirements. In case of any questions, Please visit CAC during REACH Virtual Drop-in Hours (http://caac.ucla.edu > Contact) or a  CAC Peer Counselor station on campus.
