MONMOUTH, Ore. – While some of the Western Oregon University cross country runners were able to participate in the outdoor track season, the upcoming fall season will be the first for the WOU men's and women's cross country teams since hosting the NCAA Division II West Regional in November 2019.

Our final virtual advising and registration event is scheduled on Friday, July 16. Advisors will be available via Zoom to assist students with selecting and registering for fall term courses.

David Ribich competes in the finals of the 1,500 at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials today that was delayed due to the extreme heat in the area until Sunday evening. Ribich places 12th in the finals of the 1,500 with a time of 3:44.43. Great first U.S. Olympic Team Trials, David!

David Ribich keeps it going! He places fifth in heat one of the semifinals of the 1,500 to qualify for the finals on Sunday! Ribich posted a new season-best time of 3:38.75 and was just back of the top time of 3:38.56 in his heat.
