ALUMNAE SPOTLIGHT!!

"Joining Phi Sigma Sigma’s Delta Iota chapter in the fall of 2001 profoundly shaped my life and friendships. Initially, joining a sorority was not something I envisioned for myself, but the women in our chapter helped me break down the stereotypes surrounding sorority life. I was drawn to the diverse individuals who bonded in the pyramid of sisterhood, teaching me the true meaning of having sisters.

Through Phi Sigma Sigma, I connected with strong and powerful women from various backgrounds. These connections helped me develop crucial leadership skills and taught me about fiduciary responsibilities. I learned how to make decisions in the best interest of others and for the health of the organization.

In my current role in education, I take pride in promoting the value of higher education and encouraging students to get involved, inspired by the experiences and lessons I learned from my sorority sisters."
