On Wednesday, November 15, at 9:00 o’clock p.m., in the office of Associate Professor E. E. Just in the Science Hall of Howard Universtiy, three students of the Junior College Class-Frank Coleman, Edgar A. Love and Oscar J. Cooper-met and discussed the possibilities of founding a fraternity. At this meeting the idea of a fraternity was thought to be a very favorable one and after considerable discussion as to the foundation of such a fraternity, and after each member had been instructed to make research into the matter of fraternities and look up a suitable name for the fraternity, the meeting adjourned until Friday, November 17th.

We are thrilled to congratulate Bro. Andrew Thomas (1-23-OB) on his acceptance into Kendall College of Arts and Design at Ferris State University! Bro. Thomas earned his Bachelor’s in Studio Art with a Minor in Multimedia Design last December, and his dedication and artistic vision have brought him to this new milestone. To kick off and our international achievement week, we would like to recognize Bro. Dante Cleveland (7-19-OB). Bro. Cleveland is a former standout athlete and team captain who earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri. He furthered his academic journey by obtaining a Master of Accountancy and a Master of Science in Business Analytics.

Recently, Bro. Cleveland launched his own insurance company and health business while also excelling as a specialized contract accountant. We’re honored by the service and commitment he continues to show to our community and organization.

We’d like to recognize Bro. Miles A. Newton (1-17-OB), an outstanding member of our fraternity and a proud Central Michigan University alumnus. Miles earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2020 and his Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology in 2022.

As a former president of the National Pan-Hellenic Council at CMU, he demonstrated true leadership and dedication.
