We would love for some of these young chefs to join us in the future as hospitality management students. Regardless, as Virgil said, “it’s good to know how to cook for yourself”, and it’s been inspiring to spend the summer at Vita Nova with such great kids!

We’re in full summer camp mode! Chef Justin demonstrates sushi rolling, the campers guess the ingredient, some tasty and some not-so-tasty! We’re having a great time and who knows… maybe this is just the beginning for some future hospitality managers!
