We had the incredible opportunity to volunteer alongside esteemed organizations such as Pasadena City College, Pasadena Unified School District, YMCA LA, and the Young 9 Foundation, making a meaningful difference in our community.

This enriching experience showcased the power of teamwork and the profound impact of service on humanity.

We also supported efforts at the Flintridge Center.

Together We Rebuild 💕💚🫶

Our Chapter has been devastated over the loss experienced by our members. We have lost homes and are experiencing the struggle to stabilize and rebuild.

We are currently exploring opportunities to help our members recover. To do so, we have established a ELO DISASTER RELIEF FUND.

This fund will support members of the Pasadena Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® affected by recent wildfires.

We are so proud to congratulate our sister, Tracey Blount on her successful campaign to serve as a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge! 💚💕

Tracey works for Los Angeles County Counsel’s Office. She is an attorney with over 20 years of experience, including 12 years of daily courtroom appearances as trial counsel handling child abuse and neglect cases that involved child death, broken bone/serious physical abuse, complicated family law/abuse and neglect cases, sexual abuse, legal guardianship, and sensitive (media/celebrity) cases. Tracey also handles Dependency appeals and has served on numerous committees. She was raised in the Altadena/Pasadena area. She attended UC Berkeley and received her Juris Doctor Degree (JD) from the University of La Verne College of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2003.
