Applications are OPEN for Caltech's summer undergraduate research fellowships!

Each year the KNI sponsors up to five successful applicants who pursue a nanoscience-related project with a Caltech faculty mentor. Learn more about the KNI SURF-the-WAVE Prize here: https://kni.caltech.edu/programs/kni-surf-the-wave-fellowships

In order to be considered for the STW prize, students must be from a non-Caltech college or university, intend to pursue a PhD, and meet the WAVE program requirements.

The application deadline is January 10, 2025.

Very proud to support Caltech Connection -- an amazing near-peer mentorship program started by our former KNI-Wheatley Scholar professor Scott Cushing.

A unique program, led by chemist Scott Cushing, pairs Caltech grad students and postdocs with undergraduate students from schools without strong research programs, and both benefit.
