PCOM, a private, not-for-profit accredited institution of higher education, operates three campuses (PCOM, PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia) and offers doctoral degrees in clinical psychology, educational psychology, osteopathic medicine, pharmacy, physical therapy, and school psychology. The college also offers graduate degrees in applied behavior analysis, applied positive psychology, biomedical sciences, forensic medicine, medical laboratory science, mental health counseling, physician assistant studies, and school psychology. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “Make a career of humanity. Commit yourself to the noble struggle for equal rights. You will make a better person of yourself, a greater nation of your country, and a finer world to live in.”

The late Paul W. McGloin, CPA, LLD (Hon.) has been named this year’s recipient of the O.J. Snyder Memorial Medal. Dr. McGloin was a visionary leader whose steadfast commitment and strategic foresight shaped a transformative era for PCOM. The award is the College’s highest honor, and is given in recognition of leadership and service to the osteopathic profession and to the institution.

A ceremony will be held in Philadelphia on January 24th to celebrate the accomplishments of the 2025 Founders’ Day award recipients, who exemplify the dedication, loyalty, and service to the College that our founders exhibited.
