Wrapping up Opening Day at Skyline College! Today was all about building community, reflection, and growth as we gathered in person for workshops focused on well-being and professional development. From birding with to art journaling and dancing to APT, we embraced mindfulness both within and outside of ourselves. Looking forward to a Spring Semester rooted in connection and thriving together!

The dog days are over, as are the sleeping until 2 p.m. days, the fridge stocked with amazing leftovers days, the mastering the art of doing absolutely nothing days, the Netflixing without a single ounce of shame days, the living in sweatpants that have become a uniform days, the spending hours on TikTok, justifying it as ‘self-care’ days, and the counting down until you have to be productive again days… Oh hey, that’s Monday! See you on campus! 🐶
