APPETIZER: Shrimp Andouille sausage, grilled, layered over black-eyed pea salad with a honey vinaigrette. Fried dehydrated okra bay leaf emulsion.

ENTREE: OXTAILS & COLLARD GREENS
Braised oxtails with citrus sauce, sautéed collard greens with sweet potato puree.

This March, join us for the annual Culinary Clash with and . The Culinary Clash is part cooking competition, part scholarship fundraiser. This exciting event brings our culinary student teams into the fine dining kitchen at Luce, located in InterContinental San Francisco.

Under the guidance of Luce’s Chef de Cuisine, Chef Dennis Efthymiou, these talented students will create their menus, battling it out for top honors and scholarships! 🏆🎓

Shout out to a graduate of CCSF Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies, Gabriel Ventura! Gabriel is a graduate of our programs located in our Downtown Campus. He has a pop-up at Radio Havana on Valencia Street where he creates vegan pupusas and tamales. The flavors are out of this world, and his curtido—infused with turmeric—is something you do not want to miss out on.

It’s amazing to see our alumni thriving and sharing their craft with the community. If you're in the area, don’t miss out—grab a bite and support local talent!
