Awesome news everyone! Our chapter of Lambda Pi Eta is going to be featured during a special dedication ceremony at the University of Arkansas!

LPH was started in 1985 by six students on campus at the University of Arkansas. The University has approved a historical marker on their campus (pictured below) commemorating the founding of the organization. The special dedication ceremony will be held in November, which the founding members have been invited too, and will also include the induction of their new members. Displayed around the room will be photos of every Lambda Pi Eta chapter, including ours from USF!

Yesterday Professor Chen’s Public Relations Principles and Practices class hosted guest speaker Mike Sanchez, account executive at Edelman! Public Relations Principles and Practices is an introductory class that covers an overview of the Public Relations field.

Mike Sanchez came to class and talked about what it is like to work at a global PR agency and gave the class great advice on career development!
