The Xi Epsilon chapter is part of province 27 and consists of Xi Mu (University of Delaware), Nu Psi (Shenandoah University), Pi Eta (Morgan State University), Zeta Iota (Howard University), Rho Omicron (George Mason university), and the newly chartered Sigma Kappa chapter (Delaware State).
