Spencer Area Shrine Club and ATV Corps The Spencer Area Shrine Club was formed decades ago and is a social organization. Their purpose is to Have Fun and Helping Kids. We drive 6 wheel ATV's.

The Spencer ATV Corps was formed in 1973 as the parade unit for the Spencer Area Shrine Club.

Come out and see us at the Clay County Fair. We have 2 food booths out there. Our famous funnel cakes, east of the Commercial Building and our Shrine Stand with loose meat sandwiches and shakes, located just to the south of the main entrance to the Grandstand. We look forward to serving and visiting with you! Thank you in advance for your support.
