Opening 9am-4:30pm tomorrow 1/24/25

Nicholls will continue remote academic delivery for Friday, January 24, 2025 and resume normal in-person classes on Monday, January 27, 2025.

All campus operations will begin at 9 a.m. on Friday, January 24. This delayed start will ensure any remaining ice on roadways has melted prior to travel. If any individual cannot travel to campus tomorrow, please contact your supervisor.

The university bookstore will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday. The cafeteria will resume regular service on Friday. Student residents may begin moving back into their residence halls on Friday as well.

Our campus receives utilities from the City of Thibodaux, so water issues being experienced in other areas do not affect campus. Continue to monitor email, the university website and social media channels for updates.

🚨🤓💻 Usually, we start the laptop checkouts on the first day of the semester. Due to the coming winter weather, we will start Sunday. To accommodate more students, we will push our opening on Sunday up to 12pm and will close at our usual 12am. Please spread the word to anyone that needs a laptop. They are first come first serve.

Stream went well last night. We totally did not get blocked by a really hard boss and make near 0 progress in the game. Anyway, we plan to get past that boss on next stream, which happens to be Monday (Jan 13 - 12pm to 8pm). So, come join us. Ask us questions. Laugh at our subpar dodge rolling skills. Hello there! We wanted to do a couple of streams during the break. The first one will be on Monday! 12pm to 8pm. We will be tackling a Elden Ring Randomizer. Should be fun. Actually, it probably will be painful, but you get to enjoy the game constantly making us mad. So, it’s a win for the viewer. -AB
