Established by UNESCO in 2010, this special day promotes the Chinese language and celebrates cultural diversity. April 20th aligns with the Grain Rain solar term, symbolizing how Chinese culture nourishes the world like spring rain.

This year’s theme is: “Chinese: A Gift Through Time.”
