Hello! I want to explain our SEL hours, what does it look like? For the first two weeks during quarantine, whoever needs the assistance for resources/questions. We, SEL are opening the zoom for you all who need the assistance. The link and the information will be on the flyer. The hours will be 10 am thru 12 pm and 1 pm thru 3 pm from Monday to Friday. Commuter Lounge(CL)
This position is responsible for mainly focused Off-Campus Students who’s currently enrolled in. This position will be providing various events and opportunities for off-campus students to attend such as community events, landlord workshops, and plan activities. This position is also responsible for providing a welcoming environment for off-campus students to use the student lounge throughout the day.
You will be expected to work at 10-15 hours per week including weekends. We are looking for qualifications for those who apply and must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above. This position requires full time students. This position is always prompt for all of the students who've already experienced at least one year of a commuting student. This position is open to Undergraduate and Graduate students who reside off-campus.

Student Event Planner(SEP)
This position is responsible for assisting Student Engagement Specialists with community-wide events on campus. You will be responsible for planning month long events ahead of time. You will be releasing marketing information such as Social Media & MyGallaudet. This position will be providing collaborative efforts with different departments to provide welcoming & inviting college experiences. You will delegate tasks to Student Event Assistants for any forthcoming events.
You will be expected to work at 13-20 hours per week including weekends. We are looking for qualifications for those who apply and must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above. This position requires full time students. This position is open to Undergraduate and Graduate students.

Room Reservation Assistant (RRA)
This position is responsible for working closely with Operation Specialist with all of room reservation. You will be the point of contact for all of the requestors who made reservations through 25Live Program. You will be corresponding with requests for additional requests which need to be provided for the event such as interpreter request, electronic device request, and providing a proper floor plan.
You will be expected to work at 10-15 hours per week including weekends. We are looking for qualifications for those who apply and must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above. This position requires full time students. This position is open to Undergraduate and Graduate students.

Front Desk Assistant (FDA)
This position is responsible for providing customer service for faculty, staff, students and visitors. You will be expected to assist the operations specialist with room set up & equipment requests. You will be providing all of the necessary duties to accommodate customer service needs such as poster ordering, flyers approval, and making referrals for on-campus or off-campus resources.
You will be expected to work at 10-15 hours per week including weekends. To qualify, applicants must have a cumulative and semester GPA of 2.5 or above. This position requires applicants to be a full time student. This position is open to Undergraduate and Graduate students.

Student Organization Assistant (SOA)
This position is responsible for providing consistent contact and correspondence to Student Organizations & Clubs to Campus Activities to support immediate attention needs such as officer training and other workshops, assisting with all student organization events, abiding student organization policies. You would be working closely with Student Body Government for ongoing check-in with officers and members of the student organizations/clubs for registration, maintained with guidelines, and additional support.
You will be expected to work at least 13-20 hours per week. Applicants must full time students and have a Semester/Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.. We highly recommend all of the Junior and Senior or Graduate to apply for this position. Experience in working with student organizations, or any of the Unit Fee groups will be a plus.
