Halloween can be healthier. It’s OK to enjoy a little candy but try passing out these items instead. Kids will still think they’re getting a treat, and you’ll feel good about giving them a healthier option.

Why did you choose to be an instructor?
Becoming a fitness instructor is more than just a profession for me; it's a personal journey shaped by my experiences. From a childhood marked by obesity, I learned the transformative power of nutrition and exercise for overall well being. Throughout my life, sports served as my canvas for self-expression, a tool for personal growth, and a source of invaluable social connections. Now, I've found my calling in guiding others to discover the same. As a fitness instructor, I feel right at home empowering individuals to use sports and fitness not only as a means of physical improvement but also as a powerful resource for self-expression and holistic wellbeing. My mission is to share the lessons I've learned on my journey, helping others embrace the transformative potential of a healthy lifestyle.

Favorite fitness activity:
A lot of them! Running, yoga, weightlifting, swimming, boxing, football, basketball, and more…

Favorite song(s) on your workout playlist:
Depends on my mood, but I can always listen to some Ed Sheeran.
