What is the CDI Peer Educator Academy?

This peer-to-peer dialogue program, based on the Constructive Dialogue Peer Model (link below), explores social identity, conflict, community, and social justice.

What do Peer Educators do?
The Academy offers I.M.P.A.C.T Circles, which are dialogues facilitated by Peer Educators and centered on themes relevant to the student body. These circles embody the academy’s core values of Innovative Mentorship, Peer Advocacy, Collaboration, and Training (IMPACT).
