UPDATE: 🛜 WSU is working to restore connectivity, and at this time, all systems should be back online by tomorrow (Thursday, June
13) morning or early afternoon.

Employees should plan to continue working as normal. Many services are still operating, such as Blackboard, WSU email and other systems that are hosted off campus. If there is an alternative work schedule, you will be contacted by your supervisor.

Blackboard is accessible through blackboard.wichita.edu or https:// blackboard.wichita.edu/ultra/institution-
page. Students should email their instructors if they have questions.

Wichita State Men's and Women's Basketball are partnering with the Elsewhere Festival to provide a one-day, youth basketball camp for children of Elsewhere Festival ticket purchasers. The camp will take place on Saturday, June 22 in Charles Koch Arena beginning at 9am.

The Wichita State Financial Aid Office is being recognized by Suspenders4Hope as a mental health advocate on campus. Their team is dedicated to removing the stigma around mental health, especially for first-generation and underrepresented students. Congratulations to Kristyn Waits, College of Innovation & Design at Wichita State University faculty member and assistant director of Open XR Lab, for receiving the inaugural Artemis Educator Award during the NASA SUITS test week in Houston!

This award recognizes educators who go above and beyond to inspire, motivate and elevate their students to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
