As an Albayano, who has been to the 3 cities and 12 towns of Albay (except Jovellar, Manito, and Rapu-Rapu) and immersed with their locals as well as with casual chit chat with the locals of the other 3 towns, I could deduce that in Albay:
Bikol Legazpi (otherwise known as Bikol Central) is widely spoken in the First District towns of Tiwi, Malinao, Malilipot, Bacacay, and Sto. Domingo, and Tabaco City as well as in Second District towns of Rapu-Rapu, Manito, and Daraga, and Legazpi City.
Meanwhile, Bikol East Miraya is widely spoken among Second District towns of Daraga and Camalig and among Third District towns of Guinobatan, Pioduran, and Jovellar.
On the other hand, Bikol West Miraya is widely spoken in the Third District towns of Oas, Polangui, and Libon, and Ligao City.
Moreover, Bikol Libon is distinctly spoken in Libon. However, it could be noted that Bikol East Miraya is also spoken by locals in the coastal barangays of this town, while Bikol West Miraya is also spoken among barangays in the Seven Hills like San Vicente, Linao, and Burabod and barangays nearby Polangui like Kinale, Marayag, and San Agustin.
Example 1:
Filipino (Tagalog) - mayroon, meron
Bikol Central (First District) - ugwa
Bikol Central (Legazpi) - igwa
Bikol East Miraya - ayo
Bikol West Miraya - kayon
Bikol Libon - agko
Example 2:
Filipino (Tagalog) - wala
Bikol Central (First District) - mayo
Bikol Central (Legazpi) - dae
Bikol East Miraya - ura, wara
Bikol West Miraya - รปda
Bikol Libon - oda
The bottomline is that Bikol, as a language, is rich and diverse. So that, whenever you visit Bicol provinces especially Albay, do not be surprised if you can hear a shift into another dialect as you go from town to town for our language is culturally colorful.
