Join us for the UVA vs Duke Football Game Watching Event!

The UVA Club of Phoenix invites all alumni, parents, friends, and fans to come watch the Hoos take on the Duke Blue Devils this Saturday, October 19th. The game time is at 12:30 p.m., and we will be on the outside covered patio at Keegan's Grill, 3114 E. Camelback Road.

The game is on ACC Network and Keegan's has confirmed they will have ACC Network for us.

Ok. I was perusing the Goodwill furniture store on Scottsdale Rd (just south of Oak) and noticed a stack of mini football stadium and baseball park replicas. Most were of pro teams, but then there were at least 10 UVa Scott Stadium replicas! Let's just say this is pretty high on the random scale.

So...for $6 (and less depending on the tag that is on sale that day), you can own a mini Scott Stadium. I bought 3...I'm sure there are still a handful. If you felt like getting creative, you could make a scoreboard that shows us actually winning football games!

Get them while they are hot!

Ps. Jack and Kelsey. I bought one for each of you. You are required to display it in the tackiest possible place.
