Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO) is kicking off 2021 with a brand new event. This week-long event consists of presentations of a variety of topics by multiple IPhO regions/chapters from across the nation.

This year, the central region will focus on different functional areas that pharmacists work in the field of industry.

Plus, it's searchable by host company and functional area, among other things. In celebration of National Marrow Awareness Month in November, KU IPhO is proud to announce our philanthropy event for this year, which will be the bone marrow donor drive. Those who are interested can register for a take-home swab kit through DKMS to become potential donors for patients with blood cancers and/or disorders. Anyone is welcome to join our meeting on November 12th at 5 pm via zoom—which will feature Matt McGovern, a former donor, as our guest speaker—to discuss more about the process and the overall experience

BioNJ is pleased to announce its third Entrepreneurship Fellowship Program, created to mentor, develop and train life sciences entrepreneurs in New Jersey to encourage the establishment and location of start-ups in the state. The Entrepreneurship Fellowship Program will be sponsored by New Jersey-based life sciences companies that offer high value projects and experiences.

Each sponsoring company will commit to host a Fellow for at least a six-month term in a department of their choice, depending on their business needs and educational value for the Fellow.
