Jolene Mylonas has over a decade of experience in professional services, having commenced her career in audit before joining PwC’s Transactions Services team in Sydney. She now specialises in Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) advisory, supporting clients on transactions through the review and negotiation of the SPA, with a focus on financial risks, considerations and commercial outcomes.
