This is the question behind every other question. And it deserves a straight answer.

We cannot guarantee employment. Nobody honestly can. What we can tell you is this: 40% of PE graduates receive a direct job offer from their host company at the end of their internship. That figure comes from an independent survey of our graduates conducted by Leading Indicators Survey. We publish it openly. No other Professional Year provider in Australia does the same.

But the job offer is not the only outcome that matters. Every PE graduate leaves with real Australian work experience on their CV, an ACS recognised credential, and a professional network they built inside a real Australian company.

Start earlier than you think you need to.

Most graduates who delay the Professional Year do so for the same reasons. They think they can find a job on their own first. They want to wait until their visa situation is clearer. They assume there will be a better time.
There is rarely a better time.
