Employment Pathways & Operations Specialist - Victoria
Sheforce is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, people‑focused Employment Pathways & Operations Specialist to join our team to support our apprentices, trainees and employer partners across Victoria.
This hands‑on role blends site visits, mentoring, recruitment, and employer engagement - perfect for someone who loves variety, connection and making a real impact.
What you’ll do:
• Build strong relationships with host employers
• Mentor and support apprentices/trainees on site
• Monitor training progress, wellbeing and WHS
• Coordinate with employers, RTOs and industry partners
• Identify new apprenticeship, traineeship and labour‑hire opportunities
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding
• Match candidates with employers and support pre‑employment programs
About you:
You’re organised, confident with people, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment. Experience in recruitment, GTOs or client‑facing roles is highly valued but if you don’t tick every box, we still want to hear from you.
