Wonderland Childrens Parties is a locally owned business operated by Artistic
Revolutions, who specialise in children’s music and drama education and entertainment in the Whitsundays. After completing her Bachelor of Performing Arts at Monash University, Sian has been widely involved in acting, singing, directing, teaching, voice-overs & children's’ professional entertainment for over 17 years.—10 of which have been in the Whitsundays! She studied Method Acting with Beryl Birrel & voice with Michelle Nicole in Melbourne. Her professional work has been diverse including: theatre-in-education; theatre restaurants; children’s pantomimes; musicals; films; & murder mystery nights. She also features on the CD, ‘Songs From Storyland.’ Her teaching work has included: Mini Maestro music classes; acting for children (6-17 years) at Stages Drama Studio in Melbourne; private singing lessons; an artist in residence position; and working on the Hamilton Island P.S. She also worked as a professional fairy in Melbourne for 5 years entertaining at corporate events, festivals and birthday parties and loved every moment! In recent years she has been running instrumental music, drama and singing lessons on Hamilton Island Island. Sian is passionate about performing and teaching and helping to build confidence and self expression in children. She is married to Tony who is a local high school teacher, who also teaches drums and guitar and performs in the duo Doubledrop Soundsystem. Please give a big thank you to Jewel the Mermaid and Fairy Rose for making Sienna's 7th birthday party yesterday so magical. From the moment you both arrived, the children were mesmerised and captivated by you both. Even the more resistant little boys were hooked not long into the proceedings. The music, games, prizes and activities kept all the children enthralled for the full hour. When I asked Sienna and Jack what their favourite part of the party was, it was the time they spent with Jewel the Mermaid and Fairy Rose.
